Product Readiness — the ladder
We measure the readiness of the whole workspace experience, not individual endpoints. A workspace climbs three rungs, and we say plainly which rung it is on.
Approved architecture
Routable and authorized, with a data model and integration surface in place. Demonstrable to an engineer, not yet to a customer.

A coherent end-to-end flow for the primary user, with active build in progress — demonstrable to a pilot customer, with named gaps.
